Achilles Tendon: The thickest, strongest tendon in the body, anchoring the calf muscles to the heel bone.
ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) Tear: A sprain or rupture of the ACL, one of the major stabilizing ligaments in the knee, frequently occurring during sports that involve sudden stops or changes in direction.

Ankle Instability: A condition where the outer side of the ankle frequently "gives way" or feels wobbly, often developing after repeated ankle sprains.
Ankle Pain: Any discomfort or aching in the ankle joint, which can be caused by sprains, strains, arthritis, or biomechanical issues.
Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL): A key internal knee ligament preventing the shin bone from sliding too far forward.

Gluteal Amnesia (Dead Butt Syndrome): A colloquial term for when the gluteus medius muscle forgets how to fire and engage properly, often due to prolonged sitting.
